Have you heard of Dr. Nortier's Sod Rooibos Tea?
A few months ago, my aunt introduced us her favorite tea and she said that it does wonders to her.
Since I just spent a bomb on scaling, I wouldn't dare to risk getting coffee/tea stains on my teeth again. So I tried my best not to succumb to temptation. Unfortunately, my aunt offered me a sip from her flask and wow. My attempt to resist lasted only 1 second. Anyway, that tea tastes really lovely. It's very neutral and it wafted an aroma filled with zen. I'm not sure if I'm having another "tea phase" but it's worth telling you about it. Really. You can find it in most supermarkets or pharmacies in Malaysia.
Well, just to make it fair. You judge for yourself. Let's grow the suspense a little bit more before I reveal it to you.
What if I tell you that this tea has ZERO caffeine, only 1% tannin, high in minerals (such as potassium that you can find in prunes to regulate your bowels) and rich in Anti-Oxidants (Flavonoids (Asplalathin) and SOD (Super-oxide Dismutase))?
What if I tell you that you can drink it as part of your daily fluid intake and it does not have a negative effect on your iron absorbancy?
Do you know what does that mean? It means: say goodbye to heart palpitations, anxiety, coffee/tea stains and say hello to enhanced metabolic process, higher absorption of iron and anti-oxidants that will slow down aging.
Here's another benefit: it can be enjoyed by everyone of all ages. From babies, to pregnant mothers and to the elderly. I can go on all day but I just want you to know that the this tea has a lot of benefits.
Without further ado, behold! It is my greatest pleasure to introduce you the legendary Dr. Nortier's Sod Rooibos Tea!
I bought mine from Cold Storage. 80 sachets for RM39. I know it's expensive for a box of tea but trust me, anything that is high in anti-oxidants comes with a price. Why? Because anti-oxidants help you fight cancer and make you look good and stay young.
Today's my first day drinking it and I must say, I feel less sluggish now. It really does wonders to my metabolism without any weird tummy cramps. It's great. Good to know that I can lose a little bit of weight with this. ;)
Oh do give it a try. Even Dr Oz recommends Rooibos tea. I already know two families who are already drinking it on a daily basis...I'm going to be third Rooibos tea convert. I hope you're next!
